Every dish we serve carries the warmth of a mother's kitchen, the authenticity of village feasts, and the time-honoured recipes passed down through generations.

We source the freshest ingredients from local farmers, grind our spices in-house, and cook every meal with the same care and devotion that defines Telugu hospitality. Founded

Palle Aathidhyam was born from a dream to bring authentic village-style Telugu cuisine to the heart of Hyderabad.

2017

First Milestone

Recognised as one of the top 10 vegetarian restaurants in the city by leading food critics.

With over 20 years of experience in authentic Telugu cuisine, Chef Ramesh Kumar brings passion and tradition to every plate. Trained under master chefs from the Rayalaseema and Telangana regions, he specialises in reviving forgotten heirloom recipes and presenting them with modern elegance.
